With depot repair services, POS peripherals and devices are sent to a central NCR repair facility, where a highly qualified technician performs the required maintenance and repairs. An Advanced Exchange option is also available, which provides a faster return to service for equipment via our next-day option.

In-warranty service upgrades must be ordered with the original product purchase. The service period begins with the date of equipment purchase or installation. The available options vary by equipment type and model and all options may not be offered for your equipment.
