Meet the BD team

ScanSource is home to a team of five Zebra-exclusive Business Development Managers who offer extensive product knowledge, a full portfolio of Zebra solutions, and an array of demo equipment to best serve our sales partners. With 100 years of collective industry experience, the BDs are strategically located throughout the U.S. and Canada, each serving their own geographic region and helping unite their customers with subject-matter experts at Zebra to devise the best possible solution for each end user.

Eddie Devcic

Zebra Business Development Manager, Canada Region

I have been at ScanSource for about ten years and have been on the Zebra team for eight. I get great satisfaction in helping partners leverage the resources and tools available to them to grow their businesses and achieve their business goals. Fun fact my son is a huge Van Halen fan and we rock out together all the time!

Kendal Mason

Zebra Business Development Manager, South Region

I’ve been with ScanSource for four years, starting my journey on the Microsoft team before moving to the Intelisys side of the business, where I managed strategic relationships with some of our largest VAR and Intelisys partners. I take great pride in helping partners grow their business and uncover new opportunities they might not have been aware of. Now with Zebra, I hope to bring my past experience to help partners identify where they can layer new solutions on top of their Zebra hardware sales and expand their overall value to customers. Fun fact — I played Division I football at Northwestern University in the Big Ten.

Gina Lee

Zebra Business Development Manager, East Region

I have been with ScanSource for about three years, however, I’ve been in the industry since 2009 and I have worked for distribution, VAR’s and ISV’s. Fun fact: I enjoy watching really terrible reality TV.

Pete Pleas

I've been with ScanSource for 26 years and before that I was a reseller. I've been on the Zebra/Motorola/Symbol team for over 15 years. My tenure gives me a lot of product knowledge and deep relationships with people in our industry. Fun fact: my wife and I love tasting wine and expanding our flavor palates!

Mike Rogalevich

Zebra Business Development Manager, Central Region

I have been on the ScanSource Zebra BD team since 2020 and prior to that I was a Channel Account Manager with Zebra. I enjoy working with partners and their customers to help position the right devices for their applications. Fun fact: I have a sports family and weekends are spent traveling the Midwest watching my daughters compete in travel softball.
