Mike Baur | Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mike Baur serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ScanSource. Mike has served as the Company’s President or CEO since its inception, as a director since December 1995, and as Chairman of the Board since February 2019.
Mike has developed a deep institutional knowledge and perspective regarding ScanSource’s strengths, challenges and opportunities. He has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, having served in various leadership and senior management roles in the technology and distribution industries before joining ScanSource. Mike brings strong leadership, entrepreneurial, business building and development skills and experience to the Board.
Alex Conde | Senior Executive Vice President, Strategy
Alex Conde serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Strategy, where he focuses on guiding the overall strategy of the business and positioning ScanSource for long-term growth and success. Prior to this role, Alex served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, leading ScanSource’s talent and recruitment strategies, culture-focused initiatives, and overall People success. Before that, Alex served as President of ScanSource Brazil. He joined ScanSource in 2011 through the acquisition of CDC Brasil, a leading distributor of AIDC and point-of-sale solutions in Brazil. In 2015, he led the acquisition of Network1, a value-added provider of communications solutions.
Rachel Hayden | Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Rachel Hayden serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining the Company in June 2021, Rachel served as Chief Information Officer of Just Born, Inc., a family-owned confectionary company, from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, Rachel served five years with Berry Global, a manufacturer of innovative packaging and engineered products, in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of IT, Global Business Systems.
Steve Jones | Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steve Jones has served as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at ScanSource since December 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Steve served as the International Chief Financial Officer of Blackbaud, Inc., a leading cloud software company, from 2016 to 2020 and also served in finance and management positions at Lexmark International, an imaging solutions and technologies company, from 2000 until 2016.
Shana Smith | Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer
Shana Smith serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer where she is responsible for driving ScanSource’s global corporate legal strategy, overseeing all legal aspects of the Company, and ensuring corporate compliance. Shana brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in leading corporate legal teams, primarily in the telecommunications space. Before joining ScanSource, Shana served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for NII Holdings, Inc. Prior to that, she was Corporate Counsel for Sprint Nextel Corporate.
Mike Webb | Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Mike Webb serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, where he is responsible for advancing ScanSource’s talent, recruitment and compensations strategies, and supporting overall employee success. Mike brings more than 30 years of human resources leadership and organizational development experience across public and private companies. Before joining ScanSource, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Rogers Corporation, a publicly traded company, where he led human resources as well as corporate development and strategy, working closely with company leadership.
Mark Morgan | President, Specialty Technologies
Mark Morgan serves as President, Specialty Technologies, where he is responsible for overseeing all strategy and execution for the North American Specialty businesses and advancing the Company’s strategic focus on delivering customized, converging solutions to a growing ecosystem of channel partners. Mark has been instrumental in ScanSource’s evolution from a traditional hardware distributor to a leader in hardware, software, cloud and connectivity. Since joining the Company in 2003 as Vice President of Sales for the Barcode and Mobility business, Mark has held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales for the former Communications business, President of Intelisys and President of Global Strategy.
Ken Mills | President, Intelisys
Ken Mills serves as President of Intelisys and is committed to driving growth for Intelisys and our partners. As a distinguished technology executive with over two decades of experience, Ken has previously held leadership roles at EPIC iO, Dell Technologies and Cisco, and served as a fellow with the U.S. Department of State. His strategic mindset has been an integral part of launching innovative products and solutions in the fields of AI, IoT, and 5G. Ken is driven by his curiosity and passion for groundbreaking technology and complex problems, and constantly explores new frontiers in the world of technology.
Paulo Roberto | President, ScanSource Brazil
Paulo Roberto serves as president of ScanSource Brazil. Roberto has over 25 years of experience in the IT market and has worked for distributors, manufacturers and system integrators. He is an electronics engineer with an MB from IBMEC and postgraduate studies at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
