This prestigious recognition is designated for services-only Avaya partners that have demonstrated expertise in implementation services. To qualify for this designation, OUI achieved a certain level of competency and certifications, including Avaya Certified Specialist for IP Telephony and Communications Manager, Modular Messaging, and IP Office Solutions, in addition to maintaining other requirements, including customer references, industry certifications, staffing minimums and exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
