MMF POS GENERAL WARRANTY STATEMENT

LIMITED WARRANTY

MMF POS warrants its cash drawers as follows:

Heritage Series and MediaPLUS cash drawers with a manufacturing date code of December 01, 2004 and after of will be free of defects in material or workmanship for three (3) years from the date of manufacture under normal use and service.
Heritage Series and MediaPLUS cash drawers with a manufacturing date code prior to December 01, 2004 will be free of defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of manufacture under normal use and service.
Val-u Line cash drawers with a manufacturing date code of December 01, 2004 and after will be free of defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of manufacture under normal use and service.
Val-u Line cash drawers with a manufacturing date code prior to December 01, 2004 will be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of manufacture under normal use and service.

From the date of manufacture through the applicable warranty period, MMF POS will repair or replace, at its option, any of the aforementioned cash drawers or components thereof found defective during the warranty period, subject to the conditions and exclusions specified herein.

Conditions to Warranty Service

For warranty service, the following requirements must be met.

Call MMF POS (1-800-769-1954) for instructions prior to returning equipment. Description of the equipment defect(s) or operational problem(s) is required by MMF POS for issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to expedite handling and repair.
All warranty inspections and repairs shall be performed by MMF POS.

Exclusions from the Warranty
This warranty does not cover the specific items and/or conditions described below.
Equipment which has been abused or damaged due to:

Accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, or “Acts of God” or other contingencies beyond the control of MMF POS.
Use of incorrect line or input control voltages.
Failure to follow MMF POS operating instructions.
Improper or unauthorized repairs.
Equipment which has been subject to repairs not made by MMF POS.
Any unit which has had its serial number altered, defaced or removed.
Modification of unit electronically or manually will invalidate warranty.

There are no warranties, expressed or implied, except the warranty that is expressly set forth on the face hereof.

The obligation of MMF POS shall be limited to replacement or repairs as set forth above.

MMF POS shall not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with use or performance of the equipment.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE ADVANTAGE® SERIES

MMF POSnow offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty for the Advantage® Series Cash Drawers. The Advantage Cash Drawers feature the innovative and discrete cash locking compartment, LockIt, placing them at the forefront of POS solutions addressing cash shrinkage. MMF POS proudly manufactures the Advantage Cash Drawers in its US facility with 50% recycled steel, ensuring the highest quality standards for which they are known.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty is yet another accomplishment for MMF POS, providing the absolute reassurance to our customers that the superiority in features, quality and best of all, value in the Advantage Cash Drawers is equal to none when compared against other cash drawers in the market. The Lifetime Limited Warranty comes automatically on any model of the Advantage Series manufactured after April 4^th, 2011 upon a brief online registration. A standard 5-Year Warranty is granted without registration, just another Advantage from MMF POS!
