Advance Unit Replacement (AUR) Program
To meet the demanding market need for next day replacement service, Elo offers Advance Unit Replacement (AUR) coverage for purchase. For customers with a critical need for zero- system down time, the AUR program makes it easy to replace an Elo touchmonitor or touchcomputer within one business day . Elo ships a permanent replacement unit overnight to your location.
The AUR program applies to these standard desktop touchmonitor and touchcomputer families and includes only the base configuration as shipped originally from Elo, without peripherals and software, with no minimum unit requirement. AUR coverage is valid for the life of the standard warranty. All conditions of the standard touchmonitor and touchcomputer warranties apply.
Touchcomputers: 15A1, 15A2, 17A2, 15D1
Desktop Touchmonitors: 1215L, 1229L, 1515L, 1522L, 1529L, 1715L, 1729L, 1900L, 1915L, 1928L, 1928L (medical), 2200L
If Elo receives the replacement request by 12 PM PST, the replacement unit will arrive on the next business day. Product will ship the following business day if the request is received after 12 PM PST.
AUR coverage is valid for the life the remaining standard warranty or the warranty as extended by other agreements. If purchased product is DOA, customer will be sent an equivalent unit or current upgrade of the same product as a replacement for DOA unit.
*** VAS touchmonitors (2020L, 2420L, 2620L, 3220L, 4220L), Open-frame/kiosk touchmonitors (1247L, 1537L, 1739L, 1938L, 1939L, 2039L, 2239L, 2240L, 2639L, 3239L), and CRTs (1525C, 1526C, 1725C, 1726C) are not eligible for AUR.
