The Cisco Resale Channel Program's certification levels reflect a partner's technology skills breadth. By choosing to specialize in multiple technology areas that are related to your core product and services offering, you further validate your broad-based value proposition to customers. There are four certification levels (from highest to lowest):
- Gold Certification: The partner has the broadest range of expertise in advanced technologies, has integrated Cisco Lifecycle Services into its offerings, and has demonstrated a measurably high level of customer satisfaction and Cisco sales.
- Silver Certification: The partner has critical expertise in Cisco advanced technologies, has integrated Cisco Lifecycle Services into its offerings, and has proven levels of customer satisfaction and Cisco sales.
- Premier Certification: The partner has achieved technical competency in the integration of basic routing and switching, wireless LAN, and security technologies.
- Select Certification: The partner has technology and business expertise specific to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with fewer than 250 employees.
With each level of certification, partners benefit from an increased level of support, branding, and economic incentives from Cisco, including access to best-in-class products and services, technical support, productivity tools, online training, marketing resources, and sales promotions. Cisco offers additional partner benefits, based on the partner's certification level.
