If you are bringing an additional guest from your company, travel and hotel expenses to cover the guest's attendance are your responsibility, in addition to the $700 guest fee.

Reimbursement Information
ScanSource will reimburse one exclusive invitee from each company up to $1000 for the following travel expenses: Room Charges (+ tax) at the Gaylord for the nights of Sept. 19-21, airfare or mileage to/from your home location to Nashville and transfers to/from the Nashville airport to the Gaylord. Incidentals and other travel expenses are not eligible for reimbursement. Rental cars and valet parking is not reimbursable. To claim reimbursement, please submit the required reimbursement form (click here) with substantiating receipts to Staci Scroggs by Thursday, September 29, 2011. Reimbursement checks will be processed after the conference and will be made payable to the company name and address on file with ScanSource, Inc. per the customer number.

All vendor representatives will be responsible for making their own travel and hotel reservations at their own expense.
