ZebraCare On-Site is a cost-effective way to plan and budget for your annual maintenance expenditures. A ZebraCare On-Site service agreement brings service to you by allowing you to acquire Zebra printer service at your location. With ZebraCare On-Site, you can keep your operations up and running without the need to send a printer in for repair.

Zebra offers two levels of on-site service to meet your specific needs:

• ZebraCare On-Site Advantage - Next-Day Response - Service technician arrives at your location the next business day on requests received before 4:30 p.m. EST.

• ZebraCare On-Site Advantage Plus* - Same-Day Response - Service technician arrives at your location within four hours of on-site service requests received before 1:30 p.m. local time. *Four-hour response available only in select locations. Please call for availability in your area.

Comprehensive Coverage is also available. This optional coverage addition will upgrade the warranty to include printhead coverage, physical damage or abuse, and eliminate unexpected charges for repairs not covered under the standard agreement.

ZebraCare On-Site is currently only available in the US.

A ZebraCare Depot service agreement is a cost-effective way to plan and budget for your annual maintenance expenditures. And, your back-to-factory coverage ensures that trained Zebra technicians will bring your printer back to factory specifications every time.

Zebra offers four levels of depot service to meet your specific needs:

• ZebraCare Depot Standard- The standard ZebraCare Depot package covers all labor and parts (excluding printheads, accessories, and batteries), cleaning and adjustment, and preventative maintenance at no additional cost – with a three- to five-day turnaround.
• ZebraCare Depot Advantage- ZebraCare Depot Advantage includes all the features of the ZebraCare Depot Standard package PLUS a two-day or better turnaround on all corrective maintenance. And FREE firmware upgrades upon request.
• ZebraCare Depot Advantage Overnight- All the features of ZebraCare Depot Advantage, plus free next-day return shipping.
• ZebraCare Depot Advantage Plus- With ZebraCare Depot Advantage Plus, Zebra will maintain a pool of up to 6 percent of your inventory at our facility for same-day exchange and free overnight shipping. Repaired units are returned to your inventory for future replenishment needs. Includes monthly activity reports.
