IBM 2012 PerformanceRewards

The PerformanceRewards (formerly GIO) targets for Q1 and Q2 2012 will be issued in January 2012 and the Q3 and Q4 2012 targets will be issued in July 2012.  The Tier 2 Solution Providers will be paid directly by the IBM Promotional Support Center.  Only those Tier 2 Solution Providers that meet or exceed their quarterly targets will recieve a payment.  Payments may be withheld for not meeting IBM contractual agreements, including end user reporting.  Please contact your ScanSource sales rep for more information.

 What does "IBM Factory Sealed" mean?

The term Factory Sealed means that if you are returning a unit, that it must be returned as it was originally packaged and shipped and the containers are still sealed with the original shipping seals.  None of the seals that close the boxes can be broken/opened. Basically, the boxes should have never been opened and are still in the same condition as they are in the screenshot below:
